Why is my map empty / why don't I see my photos?
Atlas places photos that contain location data (geotags). If your photos have no embedded location, they won't appear on the map. Make sure Location was enabled for your camera when the photos were taken, and that you granted Atlas access to your photo library (Settings → Atlas → Photos).
Does Atlas upload my photos?
No. Atlas works entirely on your device. Your photos and location data never leave your iPhone. See our Privacy Policy.
Why is the recap still "analysing"?
Atlas resolves most place names instantly and offline. In rare cases a few locations finish in the background — just reopen the app a little later.
How do I manage or cancel Atlas Plus?
Open the iOS Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → Atlas. You can change or cancel there at any time.
